The Carisbrook Fire Brigade visited with the Dunolly Fire Brigade to get an understanding of the operation of the appliances, then later retired to Mr Fulchers hotel where they declared their visit had been very successful.
my local brigade is celebrating 140 years and doorknocked the street on friday night. They have announced that the area is undefendable in the event of bushfire.
