November 18 Departure at Eddington

1878
A woman, aged about 60 and of clean and respectable appearance called at Conway’s Hotel in Eddington for a glass of water, then walked around the corner and expired.
At the inquest no one could identify the woman, post mortem found she had died from fatty degeneration of the heart.
A piece of paper bearing the name C.Jones, earrings, 3 rings and half a crown was all that was found about her person.
