December 2 In Dunolly & District Doings

1861 
The Moliagul School opened – it consisted of canvas walls with a roof 8 feet high with canvas lining in a room 25ft x 16 ft.

1895 

Mr James Bell, MLC, received a nasty shock but no lasting injury when he accidentally walked into an open cellar door in Glover & Co’s store.

1899 

A left handed bowler took 5 successive wickets in a cricket match between Goldsborough and Bealiba.
